This blog is a record of some personal experiences in life and also personal views on selected topics of interest posted on other blogs and discussion forums.

Besides serving as a record, the higher objective of this blog is to provide some life-educational materials for my children as they grow up. In terms of education, communication between parents and children is sometimes not an easy task. In order not to bore/irritate the children, parents need to know what the children does not know. Yet, asking questions after questions to determine what they know or do not know is simply not practical. Therefore, a personal blog/book/record would serve to narrow the communication gap and aid in better parent-child interaction.

With regards to the contents in this blog, it is extremely biased, judgemental and there are double standards. At the very least, you can be assured that I’m not a hypocrite about it.
If you are puzzled why your comments are censored/rejected, the recommended suggestion is to stare at the blog title to receive some enlightenment.

For the purpose of user-friendliness, a manually-input date/time stamp will be located at the start of each page so that readers can immediately tell when the original contents of the page was last modified.

Lastly, I would like to thank Ms. Mathia Lee although she did not contribute directly to the start of this blog. Commenting on the issues raised in her blog led me to crystalized my thoughts on many important issues that I will need to teach/discuss with my children as they grow up.
Due to my busy-ness, there will be much “data-mining” from her blog for a start, so it is most appropriate that I acknowledge her blog although I do not agree on some of her views.
